Our main man in Belgium, Niels De Temmerman with a 46lb Canal brute of mirror caught this morning on a Aqua-a hookbait over Hot Shrimp. Well in mate!

Spence has not long returned from a short trip to Belgium where he landed 9 carp from flowing water. The takes came from two different spots; one being a small clear spot amongst heavy weed, and the other a clear spot up against an old lock wall. Spence fed between 40-60 RS and Squid boilies in between fish landed. This awesome common was tempted on a Marine Blend corkball popup... and there’s more to come.

After recently getting on the Savoury Seed products, Gordon Beaney has had some cold water success. ‘After some light baiting on Horton’s Boat Pool over the Christmas period, my first take came within 24 hours of fishing the area, in the shape of a home grown stockie. I returned there last Friday for an overnighter, slotting in around the area that had seen the bait. At around 8am I was off the mark with a 22lb 12oz mirror that had a couple of nice, large scales down one flank. Within 2 hours the other rod was away and I landed...

The Hot Shrimp food bait is a fish meal containing no added oil. The only oil content in the bait is naturally attributed to the ingredients within. This is just one of the properties that makes it extremely digestible and attractive in the cold weather. There have been some great results on the Hot Shrimp throughout winter periods gone. Alfie and Darren had some local park lake success recently on the Hot Shrimp and Aqua-A combination.
